It is evident that undergraduate students who participate in research are not only more likely to graduate but also have greater career outcomes and employment opportunities. Unfortunately, for many students, especially those at under-resourced institutions, it is virtually impossible to capitalize on these valuable research opportunities. There exists also, a massive information deficit and accessibility gap that leaves talent behind. ScaleSTEM exists to break the mold and bridge the divide-- empowering STEM students nationwide by providing equitable mentorship, research experience and career-ready skills needed to launch into next-generation careers.
